real talk

Working in corporate America, a black man will often be tested from all angles. He will have to perform at a level higher than his white male counterpart often to be looked upon the same level. Those more experienced than him will often criticize him, or discredit his accomplishments. Even other brothas can be cause for hate and jealousy.
