Flashback Friday – The Slam Dunk Contest At Its Best [VIDEO]

What a difference 5 years makes. With the NBA All-Star weekend about to go down in LA, we take a look back at the Slam Dunk Finals from 2006, where Lil Nate Robinson went head to head with the other AI(Andre Iguodala) . The final round included some of the best dunks we’ve seen in a while, including cameos from former NBA’s Allen Iverson and Spud Webb.

Flashback Friday – The Night Vince Ruled The World [VIDEO]

It’s kinda crazy to think that five years ago this week, Vince Young was sitting on top of the football world. Much like Auburn quarterback Cam Newton is currently, as he prepares to lead his Tigers over the Oregon Ducks to win the national title, Vince was going against a west coast powerhouse offense in the defending champion USC Trojans. USC had the superstar coach(Pete Carroll), the two heisman trophy winners(Reggie Bush and Matt Leinart) and a load of future NFL players on their sideline. Flashback Friday – Happy Birthday Jay-Z

Saturday, Jay-Z will turn 41 years old, and while he will be livin it up halfway around the world in Austrailia to ring in his 41st, we decided to take time on Flashback Friday to check out a much younger Jay.

Nearly 10 years ago this month, Jay’s album “The Dynasty: Roc La Familia” was released, and among the hits off double platinum disc was The Neptunes produced track, Give It 2 Me.
