I Don’t Wanna Know

Cleaning up the house over the weekend, I put the ipod on shuffle, and a blast from the past starting coming through my speakers. It was Mario Winans hit, “I Don’t Wanna Know”. As a writer for YB, songs have a double meaning now, as most often can inspire new content with just one listen. As I listened closer to the lyrics like I was checking it for the first time, I realized I know many guys who think(or thought) just like Mario Winans did.

The chorus in simple, “I Dont Wanna Know, if you playing me keep it on the low…”
Would you really NOT wanna know if a girl was playing you? It isn’t a surprise that both women cheat just as much as men do, but get caught half the time. Women also can justify why they cheat, and not feel one way or another about it. If you are in a serious relationship, and things were going downhill quick, would you want to know your girl was stepping out on you?

Personally, let me know what I am not doing right, so as adults, we can make a decision whether or not it’s worth it to try to fix it, or just walk away without either of us getting hurt. Cheating is a dangerous game that adults play, and the consequences are often much more than just a broken heart and some tears.
